TotK Compendium+ is an unofficial, community-made reference tool and fan project. This Application is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with Nintendo Co., Ltd. or Nintendo of America Inc. All trademarks, game titles, character names, and assets related to The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom are the property of their respective owners.
2. Provision of Service (“As-Is”)
The Application and all contained information, calculations, and tracking features are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We make no representations or guarantees regarding:

- The persistence of locally stored user data (e.g., clearing browser cache may reset your progress).

5. User Responsibilities & Sync Accounts
If you use optional account authentication features to sync your inventory across devices, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your sign-in credentials. We are not liable for unauthorized access to your sync state resulting from compromised user credentials.
6. Modifications to Terms & Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Application (or any part thereof) temporarily or permanently, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Application after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
